## About

Important Notes  We are located in the basement suite of 4895 201st. Upon arrival, walk to the right/south side of the house. Come through the gate, and around the side, and to the back of the house, let yourself in through the orange door (please don’t knock- we aim to keep a peaceful environment).   Please only arrive up to 5 minutes before your appointment time. We have a small space and try to keep appointments running on schedule.  If doors are locked, please wait at the door for your practitioner to invite you in.  Please inform us if you’re feeling unwell.  A valid credit card is required to secure a booking, cover no-shows, or late cancellations  We do not accept walk in’s please only come into the clinic for your appointments unless you have spoken directly with Bronwyn or Michelle.  Rate Increase   Effective May 1, 2026, all RMT sessions will see an increase:   30 minute – $85  45 minute – $110  60 minute – $135  75 minute – $165  90 minute – $200  120 minutes – $270  These adjustments help us keep up with rising costs while continuing to provide the same high-quality, personalized care in a calm, welcoming space.  We sincerely appreciate your understanding and for allowing us to support your wellness journey — your trust means so much to us!  Direct Billing  Available for most major insurance providers. A kind reminder, you’re responsible for any amount not covered by your provider.  If we are unable to bill to your provider, an e-receipt will be issued to you for your private submission.  Late Cancellations  24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to fees.  Waitlist  If no spots are available, please add yourself to the appropriate waitlist. You’ll receive an automated notification if a spot opens up.
