New Location Beginning July 1st! 179 KING STREET E Oshawa ( just down the street from my current location) I’m excited to welcome clients to my new treatment space starting July 1st. I’m Natasha, and my goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body. Whether you’re dealing with pain, stress, or simply feeling out of balance, we’ll choose an approach that meets you where you are.  ✨ Massage Therapy Perfect for muscle tension, stress relief, aches and pains, injury recovery, headaches, and improving mobility. Treatments are tailored to your needs and can range from deeply therapeutic to deeply relaxing.  🌿 Osteopathic Manual Therapy A gentle, whole-body approach that looks beyond where the pain is showing up. Great for chronic pain, postural issues, recurring injuries, digestive concerns, headaches, and helping the body move and function more efficiently.  💆 Craniosacral Therapy A light-touch treatment that supports the nervous system. Many clients choose this for stress, overwhelm, headaches, jaw tension, concussion recovery, sleep issues, and when they need a quieter, restorative treatment.  🦶 Reflexology Pressure is applied to specific points on the feet that correspond to different areas of the body. Clients often book reflexology for stress reduction, relaxation, circulation support, and overall well-being.  🌊 Manual Lymphatic Drainage A gentle technique designed to encourage healthy lymph flow. This treatment may help reduce swelling, support recovery, and promote relaxation and wellness.  ✨ Reiki An energy-based treatment that promotes relaxation, balance, and a sense of calm.
