Clinic Information   Our treatment rooms are located on the second floor of Bolder Climbing Elevated. Please check in at the main floor desk upon arrival and head upstairs for your appointment.  Please note, there is ONLY stair access to the second floor at this time.  First time visitors to the clinic/gym will be required to sign an additional gym waiver in addition to their clinic intake form.
