## About

NEW!! —– You will require a door code to enter our clinic at 355 Waverley Street.  The code will be sent by text 3hrs before your visit .  Please review our cancellation policy when booking your appointment.  A Credit Card is required when booking an appointment online and for ALL first visits   Why do we do this?   Unfortunately, we are getting an increasing number of clients who do not show up, or who cancel with no notice. In the case that a cancellation fee is applied this allows us to collect payment and to keep our appointment fees at a reasonable level for our other valued clients.  We never collect payment without first attempting to contact you to determine why you did not show up.   Important: Payments made by Visa / Mastercard / AMEX will incur a 2.4% fee to cover some of the cost to us.   Payments made by etransfer, cash or by debit card in person in the clinic do not have an extra fee.  Thank you for understanding.
