Welcome to Lakeshore Massage Therapy.   LOCATION   • Lakeshore Massage Therapy is located in Kelowna’s lower mission at 4663 Fuller Road as a separate, home based practice with a dedicated studio entry, adjoining washroom, and a quiet, inviting treatment room.  PARKING   • Onsite, right out front parking is always available. Please park on the right side of the driveway.  CANCELLATION POLICY   • 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel your appointment. You may do this via your online booking account.  • Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost.  NEW CLIENTS   • Welcome! While a credit card is not required to secure your booking, please complete your online intake form ASAP. This lets your therapist know you plan to attend, helps avoid forgotten appointments (especially if you have booked far in advance) and allows your therapist to review and prepare for your treatment.  WAITLIST   • If you do not see a time that works for you, please add yourself and your availability to the waitlist, you will automatically receive an email or text message should an appointment that matches your request become available. You may also try changing the treatment type, as there are times when only a certain massage treatment may be offered.   INSURANCE   • Direct billing is available to most health benefit plans in BC, with close to 40 participating insurers. Coverage for Registered Massage Therapy depends on your specific plan.  • If you have questions about your coverage, please contact your insurance company prior to your visit.
