\***TRAVEL NOTICE: Bogdan returns back to work April 27th 2026 for the summer  WAITLIST - If you cannot find days/times that work for your unique schedule please add yourself to our waitlist  CANCELLATION POLICY - Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made within 24-5 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. No shows or cancellations made 5 hours before the appointment start time or later will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.  DIRECT BILLING - Some of our practitioners direct bill some companies and others may not, please confirm with your practitioner before your appointment
