Farnaz Farrokhi-Holmes, Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC), and EMDR therapist, provides biopsychosocial, trauma-informed, and neuroscience-guided therapy for individuals, youth, couples, and families navigating trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.  Based in Nanaimo, BC, Farnaz offers in-person counselling and virtual therapy across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
