But to be transparent, when you cancel or miss your appointment, that means that another client could’ve had that time with your therapist! We ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment. Last minute changes with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the fee for your booked treatment.
