Meet Don Chi Ho, RMT I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). After nearly 30 years in Human Resources, I chose a new career in Massage Therapy because of my own experience living with chronic muscle and joint pain. Having experienced chronic neck, shoulder, back and knee pain myself, I understand how much pain can interfere with work, hobbies and everyday life. My goal is to help you move more comfortably, reduce pain, and get back to doing the things you enjoy. I graduated with Honours from triOS College and am continuing my education in Osteopathy to further develop my knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment and manual therapy. My practice focuses on the assessment and treatment of: •	Neck pain and headaches •	Shoulder, hip and knee pain •	Upper and lower back pain •	Muscle tension and postural discomfort •	Joint stiffness and restricted movement •	Arthritis-related aches and stiffness •	Everyday movement-related pain I use thorough assessment, individualized treatment, and practical home-care advice to help improve movement and everyday function.
