## In their own words

Chris is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). She graduated from Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy and she has over 35 years of experience. Chris focuses on nervous system regulation and sessions are designed to help clients achieve a profound sense of stillness and relaxation. She believes in making her therapeutic practice accessible to all. In addition to Chris' extensive massage therapy background, she is currently training in Somatic Experiencing Therapy, a therapeutic modality that she draws on to help clients with chronic stress, trauma, and addiction. She is a Craniosacral Therapist trained at the Milne Institute, and a certified Aromacologist and Medical Aromatherapist through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy. Chris has also undergone breathwork and group psychotherapy training with Dr. Ross Laing at the Institute of Self Healing. Since 2011, Chris has traveled alongside her friend, Dr. Patch Adams, on humanitarian clown missions to hospitals, refugee camps, and orphanages around the world, bringing joy and healing to those in need.
