Clara Lee, Registered Provisional Psychologist (she/her) Supervised by Jenny McAlister, Registered Psychologist Clara is accepting new clients for in person, video, and phone sessions in Edmonton and across Alberta. Clara offers a grounded and supportive space for teens, adults, older adults, couples, and families. You are met with warmth, steadiness, and care. You are heard and understood without judgment. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta, and a Graduate Diploma in Youth Work from Concordia University in Montreal. Her broad training helps her connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Clara uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. You learn to understand patterns, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. Clara collaborates with you at each step and welcomes feedback to keep therapy focused and effective. Clara is passionate about supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and refugee communities. As an Asian woman with her own lived experience navigating mental health stigma, she understands the weight of cultural expectations and the courage it takes to reach out.
