Hi, I’m Dr. Ash! My passion for chiropractic care stems from a deep interest in research, sports therapy, and holistic patient care. I began my academic journey at the University of Waterloo, where I had the privilege of learning from world-class researchers, including Dr. Stuart McGill, a globally recognized expert in spine biomechanics. Training in this research-driven environment shaped my clinical mindset and reinforced the importance of applying scientific evidence to patient care. Now I work with a soccer team supporting athletes through injury.
