## In their own words

Passionate about anatomy and the functioning of the human body, osteopathy seemed an obvious choice for Elodie. In 2022, Elodie graduated from the five-year Osteopathic Manual Therapy program at the Institut de Formation en Ostéopathie du Grand Avignon, in France. This program is registered at the highest level with the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles; the top professional certification in France. Elodie is trained in structural, functional, visceral, cranio-sacral, Jones (stress-strain), Mitchell (muscular), GOT and pediatric osteopathic treatments. During her three years of research for her dissertation, she trained in the in-depth analysis and treatment of the myofascial chains, allowing for a global osteopathic treatment adapted to the specific needs of her patients. She doesn't rest on her laurels and constantly enriches her osteopathic background through various trainings and readings! During her five years of study, Elodie was involved in the National Federation of Osteopathic Students in France, allowing her to represent osteopathic students in order to better their training and visibility with the government. In 2021, she had the opportunity to participate in a 3000km raid in the Moroccan desert as an Osteopathic Manual Therapist. During this adventure, she treated numerous bikers and race drivers, whose needs were to be able to continue the race despite the pain and injuries caused by falls and the strain of an endurance race. This experience made her discover physically traumatic situations and taught her to adapt her treatments. She also has a background in EMS and has experienced many emergency situations. Elodie enjoys playing sports, meeting new people and discovering new places and experiences.
