I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists who practices from a trauma-informed lens incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I primarily focus on serving adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addiction, life stage transitions, and in managing stress. I believe in the innate goodness of humankind and at the same time recognize the way destructive life experiences can undermine our engagement with life and other people in tremendously painful ways. However, we are so much more than the symptomatic presentation of hurt which is habitually expressed in mental, emotional, physiological, and behavioural manifestations. This can block the authentic experience and expression of our true selves. By embodying an authentic open, curious attitude towards lived experiences and seeking to genuinely connect with and understand your inner world, we will collaboratively expand your experience of yourself, others, and life itself. With empathy, warmth, and calmness, I aim to empower you to realize your potential, make valued self-selected changes to lead a fulfilling life, and successfully grow through the inevitable trials and tribulations that will emerge along all our journeys.  You are the master of yourself, and I am your companion through hardship and self-illumination. If you wish to embark on this journey of self-discovery, self-expansion, and self-mastery with me, I would be honoured to walk beside you, hold your stories, and attend to who you truly are.
