Hillary Krupa, Holistic Nutritionist  -  Welcome! I’m Hillary, a holistic nutrition expert with over 20 years of experience in the field. I’m passionate about supporting your wellness journey and I work with clients of all ages, demographics and stages of health with a special focus on fostering a healthy relationship with food, making nutrition accessible, and creating sustainable changes for long term health. My Approach: I take a trauma informed approach and view health as a balance of mind, body, and nutrition. In our sessions, we’ll explore your goals, work with any barriers or challenges, and discuss lifestyle aspects to develop a personalized plan that nourishes you physically and emotionally and meets you where you are right now.
