Idy is a Registered Provisional Psychologist who provides a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. She works with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Drawing from a humanistic and integrative approach, Idy incorporates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness to meet each client's unique needs. She is passionate about helping clients navigate life's challenges, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
