She and her her husband were also the owners of the FUN Gateway Living Fitness in Enderby.  So you might recognize her from any classes, training, or paddle boarding she offered! Jen’s does well piecing together a puzzle - whether it's motor vehicle accident, sports injuries, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, or working with the ebbs and flows of life - pre & post natal care, active living, and stress management.  Jen believes postural alignment, muscular balance, movement, nutrition, and positive outlook, are keys to a happy healthy life, and treats thru this lens.  With the **Graston Technique** Jen offers, she uses surgical steal instruments to get after stubborn problem areas, scar tissue, fascial adhesions, and inflammation.
