I’m a Psychological Associate at Invivo Psychology with over 10 years of experience working as a psychologist in Australia across clinical, community, and private practice settings. I offer a warm, grounded, and non-judgmental space, while providing clear, structured guidance to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface and move forward with intention. I work with adults navigating ADHD and attention difficulties, anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, and more complex emotional patterns. I also provide assessment and diagnostic clarification, particularly when questions around ADHD or overlapping concerns arise. My approach is flexible and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Sessions are collaborative and goal-oriented, focused on building insight, improving focus and emotional regulation, and creating practical, lasting change. I practice within Invivo Psychology’s psychologist-led model of care under the direct supervision of Dr. Karyn Hood, C.Psych., Clinical Director.
