## In their own words

My name is Joshua Adams and I graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in October 2022 after going through schooling during the lockdown. I find that experience made me appreciate working with people even more and realizing how best to serve the public with the precious time they are entrusting me with. I was led to Massage Therapy through sports and wondered how I could assist those with recovery and performance without doing anything invasive. I have been around athletes my entire life and have learned a great deal about the body and biomechanics. Services offered include: - Swedish massage - Deep Tissue - Sports massage  I am here to listen to your needs and work with you to bring you to your desired end. I like to work together with people as a collaborative journey towards bringing them to the desired outcome. I love watching sports, reading, playing games and watching shows and movies. I am into anything that may even slightly be considered "nerdy" and in those things is where I unwind. I can't wait to work with you towards your goals and get you on the track to feeling like the best version of yourself.
