Hi, I'm Judy, a graduate of Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Edmonton and owner of True2Form Massage and Wellness.  I'm also a mum, a nana and a lover of music, movement and gardening. As an evidence-based therapist, I’m genuinely curious about the “why” behind the techniques I use. I enjoy exploring research and bringing thoughtful, proven approaches into each treatment so your care feels both meaningful and effective. Your health and well-being truly matter to me. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable, while we work together to improve or maintain the quality of life you’re looking for.
