Karoline (Karo) is a warm, compassionate, and collaborative Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where children, youth, and families feel heard, valued, and supported. She believes in meeting each client with curiosity, respect, and empathy while helping them build confidence, resilience, and healthy coping skills. Currently completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, Karo brings over a decade of experience in death care, along with volunteer experience at Seasons Centre for Grieving Children. Her professional and personal experiences have shaped her passion for supporting young people and families through grief, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and difficult life transitions. Karo's approach is client-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. She incorporates Child-Centred Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and emotion regulation strategies to support each client's unique needs and foster meaningful, lasting growth.
