## In their own words

KJ is a current and practising member with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK). He obtained his Bachelor of Kinesiology (B.Kin) at at the University of British Columbia. His life-long sports background (primarily ice hockey and soccer) combined with his own personal injuries and surgeries gave him an early appreciation for the rehabilitation field. KJ has 10+ years of experience working with various populations in a rehab setting. This includes working with college athletes for 3 years, complex MVA files for 8 years and with an aged clientele. KJ has a passion for functional training – he believes that every client is different and requires a personalized treatment plan to suit their needs and requirements. He also emphasizes client education and preaches life-long physical activity – in whatever capacity that may be. In his personal life Kuljot enjoys playing beach volleyball, road biking and woodworking. He also holds the high score in Big Buck Hunter at his local pizza establishment (an impressive feat, no doubt) and can cook a mean beef brisket.
