## In their own words

Krystal graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT). She has also attended continuing education courses involving pregnancy & breast treatment (recommended only for those who have pain/discomfort in the chest area or for those who have had surgery in the forementioned). Krystal believes that listening to the body's restrictions & coinciding that with the appropriate techniques & care are the basics for treatment. Her techniques involve deep tissue, trigger point release, passive & active release, passive stretching, heat therapy, as well as swedish & relaxation. With the willingness of the client, she'll provide the appropriate self-care that can be beneficial in between regular treatments. Krystal's goal is to help you achieve the relief you need.
