Nathalia is a Registered Canadian Art Therapist (RCAT) and certified Somatic Psychotherapist, she blends her extensive clinical trainings with integrative methods to work with the body, mind and spirit. She specializes in trauma-informed care and has been supporting individuals of all ages recovering from adverse experiences for over 15 years. Her mind-body work is informed by ongoing learning of internal martial arts, mindfulness meditation and traditional indigenous healing.
