He is committed to building genuine, trusting therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and supported. Nav works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, identities, and abilities, and approaches therapy with openness, curiosity, and respect. He offers a somatic, brain-based approach to healing and is an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, also incorporating Brainspotting into his work.
