Guided by a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, Oriana works from a psychodynamic lens, emphasizing collaboration, respect, and anti-oppressive frameworks. She strives to create a transparent, supportive supervisory relationship that nurtures growth and reduces barriers to development. Core to her values is a commitment to ongoing learning, and she is dedicated to providing supervision that is both empathetic and evidence based. Oriana’s extensive theoretical background includes training in Compassion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. Oriana holds a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Toronto. She is a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO.
