Owen MacWilliams is a dedicated and accomplished sport performance coach with extensive experience across collegiate and professional athletic settings. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise & Sport Science from Merrimack College, a Bachelor of Kinesiology from Acadia University, and a Diploma in Sport Recreation and Kinesiology from Holland College. Owen’s mission is to empower athletes through evidence-based training methodologies, fostering physical excellence and personal growth. He is committed to building meaningful relationships, promoting athlete wellness, and integrating interdisciplinary support to maximize performance outcomes. His professional journey includes roles such as Kinesiology/Sport & Recreation Management Instructor at Holland College, Graduate Fellow at Phillips Exeter Academy, Assistant Sport Performance Coach at St. Francis Xavier University, and Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Prince Edward Island. Additionally, has completed fellowships at Boston College, Merrimack College and University of New Hampshire. With certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS, RSCC) and the Canada National Coaching Certification Program, Owen continues to innovate in the field of high-performance athletic development.
