Hi, I’m Rebecca (she/her)! I specialize in virtual therapy for adults and teens (15+). With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the University of Manitoba, I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Registered Social Worker (RSW). In my 20+ years of practice, I work with clients to create personalized goals focused on personal growth and healthier relationships. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, with a holistic, emotion-focused, and relational style. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am a proud mother of four, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life.
