His understanding of endurance, resilience, and recovery is equally shaped by the discipline of weightlifting, the intensity of CrossFit, and the quiet focus of a backcountry camping trip, with climbing and cross-country skiing rounding out his year-round pursuit of challenge.  This diverse athletic background gives Robert a deep appreciation for how the body adapts to stress and the nuanced path to healing. He is passionate about helping active individuals and adventurers troubleshoot persistent aches, overcome injury setbacks, and build resilient bodies that can keep up with their ambitions. He believes effective treatment starts with listening to your story and understanding your goals, whether you’re training for a personal best or preparing for a remote trail.
