Sam graduated from Douglas College in 2024 with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education and Coaching, specializing in Kinesiology. With three years of experience as an athletic trainer for the Coquitlam Adanacs, Sam is passionate about helping individuals recover effectively and live life to the fullest, free from the limitations of injuries. Outside of work, he enjoys lifting weights, spending time with friends, and playing lacrosse.
