## In their own words

Hi! I’m Sam Pascoe and I’m a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy.  My approach to massage is client-centered and evidence-based, using techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue, and trigger point therapy to support both relaxation and therapeutic goals. I enjoy using my background in athletics and degree in Kinesiology to guide my practice, and uncover the origin of the problem.  Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking with my dog, golfing, and weightlifting—all of which fuel my passion for health, recovery, and performance. I’m excited to support you on your wellness journey!
