Hi, I’m Shelby (she/her) I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I specialize in virtual therapy for both adults and youth, offering a warm, person-centred, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore who they are and work toward meaningful personal goals. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and eclectic—allowing me to tailor sessions to each individual’s unique needs. I support clients in building a healthy self-concept, fostering stronger relationships, and navigating life’s challenges with resilience.
