Sydney is a registered massage therapist with a strong belief in the importance of functional movement and individualized care. She is passionate about supporting clients through injury recovery, body maintenance, and performance enhancement. Sydney is not only passionate about recovery and maintenance of high-performance athletes but also of everyday active individuals. Drawing on over 15 years as a high-level cheerleader—including five appearances at the World Championships—Sydney brings a deep understanding of athletic performance and physical resilience. When she’s not studying or working with clients, she’s coaching cheerleading or in a yoga studio to continue her practice for movement and discipline.
