## In their own words

Taylor was born and raised in Victoria, British Columbia before moving to Ontario to complete her University Degree. She graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Guelph where she played varsity field hockey before attending the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto to earn her Massage Therapy diploma in 2017.  Since a young age Taylor has been actively involved in the sporting commuting playing a variety of sports. Her favourite sport is field hockey where she competed at Provincials and Nationals, and the University of Guelph Varsity team earning OUA and CIS medals. Through her own sports injuries and knee surgery Taylor became very interested in how to heal the body and decided to pursue a career in massage therapy.  In her spare time Taylor can be found hiking with her dog, exploring parks with her son and paddle boarding the beaches of Victoria. Taylor believes that massage therapy is an important component to maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. Whether you are coming in for an acute injury, injury prevention or ongoing stress management there is a treatment plan for everyone.
