Todd is a Registered Canadian Certified Counselor with over 6 years of experience working in the mental health field working with children, youth, adults, couples, and families. Todd strongly believes that everyone has the potential to make progress and achieve the changes they desire. Todd has experience with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, youth and men’s issues, trauma, burnout, addiction, conflict resolution, communication, parenting/co-parenting stress, struggles with trust or intimacy, parent-child issues, divorce/separation, academic/behavioral issues, lack of cohesion/emotional distance, and family conflict. Todd primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Hypnotherapy to facilitate growth and success. Todd takes a practical and focused approach to tailor his methods to suit the needs of each client. He is passionate about supporting clients to set goals and take actionable steps to achieve healing, growth, and improved wellbeing.  Todd is available for day-time phone or video sessions.
