Our time together will be a place where you can pause, share, and reflect on whatever challenges are showing up for you. Whether you’re navigating addictions, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, trauma, career concerns, coping difficulties, 2SLGBTQ+ experiences, life transitions, relationship troubles, stress, self-esteem, or racial identity, I offer a safe, collaborative, and inclusive space for you to explore and grow. I strive to create an environment that feels non-judgemental, empathetic, and culturally informed. My approach is person-centred and integrates a range of modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic approaches, and trauma-informed and culturally informed practices. Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to walk it alone. Feeling stuck, lost, or overwhelmed shouldn’t have to be your everyday experience.
