Please note: I must share an update regarding a change in the fee structure for A Look Within Counselling. Beginning on March 1, 2026 there will be a fee increase of $10 to ALL sessions . Adjusting my rates has not been an easy decision as I have not had an increase in well over a year because it is not something I take lightly.  The new fees will be reflected on your invoices and receipts as of March 1, 2026 .  This is hard. I understand financial changes can be a sensitive topic and I welcome you to please come to me with any questions or concerns you may have.  Because of this change, I will be implementing a “package” for purchase to help people get more sessions in at a reduced rate. I need to iron out the details with this first.  I see you. I hear you.
