Abusive,unfair and unprofessional. I also heard a story how she terrified a little girl. I find Dr. Kovalcik very detailed and thorough in her examinations and the cleaning that I received from her personally was the best I have every had - and I had been to some very high-tech, modern dental clinics before. Her prices are also reasonable, compared with other practices and I don't feel that she suggests any work that doesn't really need to be done. I recommend her.
