He needed to have 4 baby canine teeth removed to make space for erupting adult teeth prior to his orthodontic treatment. Dr Lee and Tiffany were absolutely wonderful before, during and after the treatment keeping everything lighthearted and ensuring my son was comfortable and relaxed as he was quite nervous about the procedure leading up to it. We made the right call in requesting oral sedation as it made what could have been a difficult procedure into something that went incredibly smooth. My daughter (4yrs old) needed a cavity filled and dr Ban and his assistant were SO FAST! I couldn’t believe it. Obviously children have a short tolerance for something like this and they are trained to make sure no second is wasted. My daughter did fantastic. She was comfortable and never had a negative reaction. It was a big relief for me obviously as the parents but can’t say enough about how positive the experience was for my daughter. We have to go back in two weeks for another one and my daughter is totally fine with the idea of going back.
