Welcome to Nova Psychology!   We’re glad you’re here! Taking the first step toward therapy can feel significant, and our team is here to support you with care, clarity, and compassion. We aim to make booking and beginning therapy as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Nova Psychology offers professional therapy services and formal psychological assessments for individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Our diverse team brings a range of training and therapeutic approaches, allowing us to provide thoughtful, personalized care based on your unique needs and goals.  Finding the right fit matters. You’re welcome to use our online matching tool or contact the clinic directly. Our team is happy to help you find a therapist who feels right for you. Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage. Many of our clinicians offer direct billing, and detailed receipts are provided when needed for reimbursement, tax purposes, or Health Spending Accounts. Please note that provisional psychologists are not eligible to direct bill through TELUS eClaims insurance providers.   The fee for a 50-minute session is $240.00.   We are proud to offer multilingual services in English, Spanish, French, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, German, Farsi, Malayalam, Romanian, Yoruba, Igbo, Tagalog, and Cantonese, providing care that honours and respects each client’s cultural and linguistic needs. Our clinic is open 7 days a week with full-time support, ready to assist you every step of your therapeutic journey.
