Alexandra is a dedicated physiotherapist at Kinatex Westmount since 2023, with expertise in orthopaedic and pelvic floor physical therapy. Graduated from McGill University in 2015 with a Masters in Physical Therapy, she also obtained certifications in pelvic floor physical therapy as well as manual therapy. Alexandra is committed to reducing the taboo surrounding pelvic floor health and helping her patients get back to sport and meaningful activities. She focuses on orthopedic rehab, sports related injury recovery and pelvic floor related dysfunctions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic pain and pelvic organ prolapse. Her treatment method is based on the comprehensive assessment of the patient and includes manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
