Hi, my name is Alisha, a Certified Counsellor who works with adults. I earned a Masters in Counselling Psychology at City University of Seattle in 2025.   I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental therapeutic space for clients to feel seen, heard, and understood. I listen with intention to help clients build awareness, make sense of their experiences and develop tools to navigate challenging situations. My approach is adaptable and client-centered, drawing from CBT, SFT, EFT, MI, and mindfulness-based exercises.   I work with concerns related to anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, loss, relationship challenges, work and school relates stress, life transitions, and interpersonal violence. Outside of work I am an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy travelling, snowboarding, hiking, running, snorkeling, surfing, and paddleboarding.
