I have 18 years of clinical experience, working primarily with athletes and active individuals. My treatment approach is highly adaptable: while I offer effective deep tissue techniques, I recognize that deeper pressure is not always better. I prioritize listening to your needs and tailor each session accordingly, maintaining detailed chart notes so your preferences are respected at every visit. I believe the most effective care is collaborative. I empower patients with individualized home-care strategies, supporting long-term healing by encouraging active participation in their own wellbeing. Outside the clinic, I am passionate about animal welfare and environmental advocacy. I spend my free time hiking in the mountains, participating in animal rescue efforts, and working toward legal reform for animals and the planet. I also host and co-produce Animal Voices radio. Direct Billing is offered through Telus E-Claims and BlueCross **Please note - I have a condition called multiple chemical sensitivity and am severely impacted by synthetic fragrances/toxins such as perfume, scented personal care products and cigarettes (marijuana is fine).
