Jody Lacusta is a Registered Social Worker with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology bringing over 24 years of experience as a therapist.  With a strong focus on Solution Focus and Narrative Therapy approaches, Jody has developed a unique style that emphasizes the power of storytelling and metaphors in the therapeutic process helping clients to reframe their experiences and find new ways to navigate their challenges, finding hope and resilience.  Jody has worked with individuals facing stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and difficulties in life and family circumstances. She fosters an environment where clients feel safe, respected and empowered to explore their emotions.  Understanding that the heart of therapy lies in building authentic relationships. Jody prioritizes connections, and trust, believing that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for healing and growth.
