He emphasizes active rehabilitation, combining manual therapy, corrective exercise, and education to promote long-term results and injury prevention. Jonathan believes that empowering patients with knowledge about their condition is key to building resilience and restoring functional movement. Outside of the clinic, Jonathan enjoys boxing, weight training, cycling, and tennis.
