These experiences can affect your mood, relationships, sense of identity, and connection to your body. You don’t have to carry this alone. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive space where your story, pain, and resilience are all welcome. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EFT, narrative therapy, somatic, and solution-focused approaches. There is no one-size-fits-all path to healing, and we move at a pace that feels supportive and safe. I aim to create a warm, supportive space grounded in empathy, humour, curiosity, and care.
