Hi, I'm Kim and I am a registered provisional psychologist here at Wholesome Psychology. Over the past 20 years I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds as an educator, consultant, yoga instructor, team captain, head coach, and counsellor. Together we will explore your mind-body connection to help you understand and alleviate distress and unproductive thoughts and habits. This will promote overall mental well-being by fostering self-awareness, coping skills, and positive behaviour changes. We will focus on enhancing emotional resilience, improving interpersonal relationships, and guiding you on a path of personal growth and self-discovery.
