She holds bachelor’s degrees in law and medicine from China and completed a comprehensive 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program at Protégé School. Lily specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, stretching, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation)—an advanced, therapist-guided stretching method that uses gentle muscle contractions to safely improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. Her treatments are focused and highly personalized. Lily takes the time to understand each client’s concerns and creates targeted treatment plans to help relieve pain, reduce stress and anxiety, and ease muscular tension. With her medical training and keen observational skills, Lily is able to assess subtle imbalances in the body and adapt her approach in real time.
