Are you feeling weighed down by the past, anxious about what lies ahead, or caught in cycles that leave you feeling put down? You don't have to keep carrying it alone. I believe healing begins with making sense of your story, understanding why you feel the way you feel, and what your experiences have meant for you. I offer a calm, unhurried space where you can slow down, feel truly seen, and heal at your own pace. My path to this work is personal. With lived experience as an immigrant and mature student, I bring genuine understanding to navigating identity, change, and loss. I'm guided by Charlie Mackesy's words: "Asking for help is not giving up  it's refusing to give up." Drawing on IFS and EMDR through a trauma-informed, person-centred lens, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and the unique exhaustion of high-conflict relationships. Like Viktor Frankl, I believe one of our greatest freedoms is choosing how we respond to life's challenges and I'd be honoured to help you find yours. When you're ready, I'm here.
