We explore what's happening emotionally, neurobiologically, and in the body — ultimately getting you to feeling safe, calm, and fully participating in your life. In our work, I support clients to find the courage to feel emotions you might have been avoiding, to verbalize feelings rather than acting them out, and to be vulnerable when it would be easier to distance yourself. I draw on psychodynamic approaches (exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape who we are today), relational therapy (looking at how we show up in connection with others), and somatic work (paying attention to what the body holds and communicates).
